阐述磁浮交通的基本原理及其与传统轮轨交通的区别,通过故障救援及安全运营实践,得出以下结论:中低速磁浮交通系统结构可保证在列车运营中不发生列车脱轨和颠覆的事故;支撑的可靠性能得到成倍的提高;采用信息化技术在线监控,提高支撑的可靠性;假设出现突然断电和列车备用电源也同时出故障的最不利情况下,列车会自动落在10 mm高的轨道上面,与轨道间产生摩擦阻力可使运行列车安全停下。实践证明,信息化技术支撑中低速磁浮交通,具有更高的安全性和可靠性。

First of all, the medium-low speed maglev transit system structure ensures that derailment and overturn will not occur during train running. The biggest difference of medium-low speed maglev transit with that of wheel-rail transit lies in the absence of wheels and yet uses electromagnetic force supporting train instead. The train and the rails (guideway beam track) system are an integrated structure, namely, the train embraces the guided-way track while running, that, in terms of systematic structure, eliminates the risk of train derailment and overturn in operation. Secondly, the reliability of supporting is increased exponentially. Thirdly, using real-time information technology to supervise and control the reliability of supporting. Fourthly, in the most adverse condition, assuming a sudden power interruption while a train’s standby power supply also at fault, the train will sit on its own on the 10 mm high rails, the friction force on the track will stop the train. Passengers will feel a slight shaking, and emergency stopping will make passengers feeling inertial forward-move. The reliability of medium-low speed maglev transit is ensured by modern information technology. Only with information technology, continuously supervise and control the reliability of train supporting is possible. Namely, the information technology supports the safety and reliability of medium-low speed maglev transit at a higher level.
