基于地下水对北京地铁工程施工的影响,分析北京地铁现有施工堵水技术的优缺点,提出采用前进式深孔注浆堵水技术进行地铁车站堵水。以北京地铁6号线常营站为背景,根据车站施工场区工程地质与水文地质条件,部署详细的前进式注浆堵水专项方案和效果检验方案,进行现场注浆堵水试验研究。研究结果表明:该技术在车站堵水试验中取得了较好的效果,基本能满足车站施工掌子面不带水作用的要求,值得推广。同时,为北京地铁车站施工提出一种新的堵水加固方法。

Abstract: Based on influence of Beijing Metro construction induced by underground water, technique of forgoing grouting in deep hole is put forward for water proofing after making an analysis on strengths and weaknesses of existing water proofing technology used in subway station construction. Taking Changying station of Beijing Metro line 6 as an engineering backgrounds and considering its geological and hydrogeological condition, detailed forgoing deep hole grouting scheme and inspection schemes are deployed, and a lot of researches have been carried out at the base of field testing followed by the conclusions: Forgoing grouting technology in deep hole is more effective than that the existing water proofing method using in subway station construction, and it can meet the requirement that excavation face of the station is of without water, and to be spread with conditions. And it gives a new supplemental water proofing method for open station construction with forgoing grouting technology in deep hole presented in this paper, and also provides a good reference for similar projects.
